guarantees your satisfaction! If after inspecting your purchase
you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to
us within 30 days from the date of invoice, shipping prepaid, for
a full refund of your purchase price. Delivery charges are not refundable.
The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original
packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product
which is returned to us that has been used, tested, or altered,
or if any parts or packaging is missing. Such returns will be returned
to the customer or subject to a restocking fee.
*Please note: "Special Orders", "non-stock"
items, and OTC and other Software and update cards, are Nonrefundable
except for warranty repair or replacement good for 30 days from
the date of invoice - you will be notified before shipping and given
a chance to refuse if your order is considered a special order or
non-stock item. If, due to some reason your shipment is not received
within 10 days from the date of invoice, you will be given 21 days
from the date you receive your product to return an item.

HOW
TO RETURN ITEMS TO US FOR EXCHANGE, CREDIT, OR REFUND:
ToolParadise.com asks you to follow these simple steps when returning
a product:

The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's
original packaging.
(2) The return must be made within thirty days of invoice
(w/ 21 day exception for late shipments).
(3) Please Call for your Customer Number and Return Authorization
number. 800-815-1934.
(4) Securely pack the product and send it shipping and insurance
charges prepaid to:

will arrange shipment of a product exchange, or issue a credit or
refund as you have requested within seven business days of receipt
of your return at our address. We ask that you Email us with a tracking
number after item is shipped so we may track the package as it comes
into our warehouses.
Please select the reason you are returning your product,
then fill out the 'return authorization' form below:
