Return Policy & Procedure
 
 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

ToolParadise.com guarantees your satisfaction! If after inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days from the date of invoice, shipping prepaid, for a full refund of your purchase price. Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used, tested, or altered, or if any parts or packaging is missing. Such returns will be returned to the customer or subject to a restocking fee.
*Please note: "Special Orders", "non-stock" items, and OTC and other Software and update cards, are Nonrefundable except for warranty repair or replacement good for 30 days from the date of invoice - you will be notified before shipping and given a chance to refuse if your order is considered a special order or non-stock item. If, due to some reason your shipment is not received within 10 days from the date of invoice, you will be given 21 days from the date you receive your product to return an item.

  To protect our customers we only deal with the most reputable companies in the automotive and industrial industries.  This helps insure quality and assures you that you are making a solid purchase.   

Toolparadise.com is a very special company.  We offer your business the opportunity to purchase small quantities at wholesale prices.  Due to our special offers to you, we operate at extremely low margins and therefore ask the following concessions in dealing with returns. 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS TO US FOR EXCHANGE, CREDIT, OR REFUND:
ToolParadise.com asks you to follow these simple steps when returning a product:

(1) The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging.
(2) The return must be made within thirty days of invoice (w/ 21 day exception for late shipments).
(3) Please Call for your Customer Number and Return Authorization number. 800-815-1934.
(4) Securely pack the product and send it shipping and insurance charges prepaid to:

(Address depends on which warehouse is nearest to you. Please call for the correct address)

 

We will arrange shipment of a product exchange, or issue a credit or refund as you have requested within seven business days of receipt of your return at our address. We ask that you Email us with a tracking number after item is shipped so we may track the package as it comes into our warehouses.

   Please select the reason you are returning your product, then fill out the 'return authorization' form below:

A. Refunds - Satisfaction Guaranteed - Product is new and complete but I don't want it.

We will fully refund any unopened non-clearance, non-special order, and non-special sale products item for any reason (shipping costs paid to ship the product to you are non refundable).

B. Replacements - Product is Defective

We stand by the high quality of our products and the reputation of the companies we offer. All defective products may be returned for a replacement (when available).  (Defective clearance and special priced items may also be returned for a replacement (when available).)

If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging if at all possible.
