Unless otherwise specified
in your order, your shipment will be mailed through UPS. You
items typically ship within 24 hours or less. Our tracking
numbers update the following day into the computer
mainframe at the main office. Therefore, please give 48 hours
or an extra day or two before requesting any tracking information.
Typically you should receive your items in 3 working days
(not counting weekends and holidays) and a tracking number
is not necessary - occasional an item will ship from another
warehouse if your product is unavailable from the closest
warehouse to you. In these rare cases, your items should take
no longer than 4-5 working days. For more certain shipping
please use UPS 2nd day air. If you would like a tracking number,
please email us using the UPS
Service Email Form (please
do not use the standard customer service form) to request
a copy of your tracking number... Otherwise, no news is good
news.
